اذا تقصدين كريم املا emla فلا انصح باستخدامه اثناء الحمل ..

و عند معرفة اثر الكريم على الحمل سنلاحظ الاتي

Pregnancy and breast feeding
The safety of EMLA CREAM during pregnancy has not been established.

Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to pregnancy, embryonal/foetal development, parturition or postnatal development.

In both animals and humans, lignocaine and prilocaine cross the placental barrier and may be taken up by the foetal tissues. It is reasonable to assume that lignocaine and prilocaine have been used in a large number of pregnant women and women of child-bearing age. No specific disturbances to the reproductive process, such as an increased incidence of malformations or other direct or indirect harmful effects on the foetus have so far been reported. However, caution should be exercised when used in pregnant women.

No information is available on the excretion of lignocaine, prilocaine or their ****bolites into breast milk following the administration of EMLA CREAM.

Following parenteral administration, lignocaine is excreted into breast milk. Because of low maternal systemic absorption following application of therapeutic amounts of EMLA CREAM, however, the amount of lignocaine and prilocaine that may be ingested by the breast-fed infant would be extremely small.

يوضح هذا الاقتباس انه لا يوجد دراسات اجريت بشكل كامل عليه لاستعماله من قبل الحوامل او دراسات على حيوانات التجارب ومن الممكن ان يدخل الى المشيمه ومن الممكن ان يمتص من قبل انسجه الجنين وانه من المحتمل انه يكون قد اوخذ من قبل الحوامل ولكن لم يتم الابلاغ عن اي مضايقات من استعماله ولكن يجب الاحتياط من استعمال الحوامل له

وبالنسبه للمرضعات من الممكن ان يظهر هذا الكريم في الحليب ويتم ابتلاعه من قبل الرضع ..

ما يعني ان هذا الكريم يجب ان يوصف بواسطة طبيب متخصص و يوجد صيدليات كثيرة في بعض الدول منعت بيعه الا في حالات خاصة و بواسطة روشتة طبية ..

ما يؤكد انه لا يجب استعماله الا تحت اشراف طبي

اذا قالت لك الطبيبة شخصياً " يمكنك استعماله " اذن استخدميه ..
