I am pregnant within 5 months, I made CMV test before 2 months CNV IGM<0, , CMV IGG >250, next test after one month torch, CMV IGM<0, CMV IGG = 950H, next test after 10 days CMV IGM<0, CMV IGG = 850H, what's happen my baby will be infected or what?,

isa he won't , IGm is more important indicator since it rises in recent infection . however your high IGg levels may indicate reactivation .

in most cases your immunity protect the child from infection
