I am a regular customer of yours. I always find the best customer services and high quality goods

last week an unexpected ancident had happened in your store where i was the victim

one of the staff expressed a racial (comment, or act ), with no reason

her/his name is ....

I would like further action to be aganist him/her

and i would like an assurance that this won't happen in the future
